Due to the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, the Management Board of the Issuer, i.e. Quantum software S.A. based in Cracow informs about activities related to the subsidiary company Quantum International based in Kiev.
After the risk analysis was carried out, the employees were evacuated from the Kiev office. Currently, the activities of the Ukrainian company are carried out from the office in Lviv and from the Cracow office of Quantum, where some of the employees reside. The situation of most of the company’s Ukrainian clients is currently unknown and it is impossible to predict the impact of the conflict on their business.
The Management Board of Quantum software SA informs that in connection with the above-described situation, one should take into account a decrease in the income of the Kiev company, which may affect the financial result of the entire Quantum group for the first quarter of 2022.
