Quantum software Management Board informs that on November 26, 2009 it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, having an access to the confidential information sold at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in total 561 of its shares, in following transactions:
- On November 24, 2009 sold 420 shares at PLN 9,40 per share
- On November 25 2009 sold 141 shares at PLN 9,41 per share
