Quantum software Management Board informs that on October 23, 2009 it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, having an access to the confidential information sold at the Warsaw Stock Exchange following amount of shares:
- On October 19, 2009 sold 192 shares at PLN 9,59 per share
- On October 20, 2009 sold 178 shares at PLN 9,69 per share
