Legal grounds: Art. 56 sec 1 p 2 of the Act concerning public tenders ? current and periodical reports
Quantum software S.A.?s Management Board announces that on 22-th of June 2011 registered of the company Quantum Mobile Solutions a subsidiary of Quantum I-Services. The share capital is 5.000 PLN(five thousand)and and is divided into 100 (one hundred) shares with a nominal value of 50 PLN (fifty)each.
Quantum I-Services has covered 75 (seventy-five) shares with a nominal value 3.750 PLN (three thousand seven hundred fifty) and cover them in full in cash. The remaining 25 (twenty-five) shares with the nominal value 1.250 PLN (one thousand two hundred fifty) has covered Marcin Perłak and cover them by non-cash contributions.
The subject matter of activities of Quantum Mobile Solutions will be (inter alia) activities associated with software and consultancy and all activities related.
