Quantum software Management Board informs that today the dependent Company, Quantum International seated in Kiev, received on 24th November 2008 undersigned contracts from two enterprises owned by Carlsberg Group ? the leading producer of well known beer brands, namely Slavutich Breweries in Kiev and Zaporoże as well as from Lvivska Breweries in Lvov.
The subject of the agreements is based on unlimited license and comprehensive implementation of Qguar WMS PRO and QMessenger system supporting management of production and logistics processes, which are authorized Quantum software SA products. The Qguar system is going to cover all production- logistics processes in three different clients complexes.
The value of licenses and implementation agreements signed with Slavutich Breweries is UAH 1.523.453,48 and around 742.683,57 PLN.
The value of licenses and implementation agreements signed with Lvivska Breweries is UAH 642.541,11 and around 313.238,79 PLN
The value of all contained contracts is 1.055.922,36 PLN
Deadline for contract realization is 31.12.2009 year as well as up to both sides obligation fulfillment.
The conditions of contracts are not apart from common conditions applied in this type contracts.
