Moreover, Quantum software Management Board informs, that on 24th August 2009 singed conditional agreement on issuer Market Maker with the Noble Securities (the agreement concluded from 1st September 2009).
If after two following weeks WSE Management Board will not express objections it will titled Penetrator to fulfill agreement conditions.
