Quantum software SA?s Management Board announces that today received information from dependant company Quantum International Limited Liability Company seated in Kiev, about signing on the 4 June 2008 agreement with distributor of building components Prommash Brovary from the Russian Group Diana.
The subject of the agreements is based on unlimited license and comprehensive implementation of Qguar WMS Pro system supporting logistics processes management. The Qguar product is authorized Quantum software SA solution. Agreement conditions are based on well known market conditions. Qguar system will cover 4600 square meters of the company warehouse.
The value of the agreement is UHA 489.585 ( around PLN 227.000)
