Quantum software Management Board hereby informs that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of May 18th, 2010 appointed the Supervisory Board of the Company for a new term. Supervisory Board is composed of 5 members in the following composition

Leopold Kutyła ? Chairman of the Supervisory Board
has been self ?employed since 1997. Moreover, Mr Kutyła has been Member of the Supervisory Board in the GDK Development since 1997 and between 2002 and February 2007 Member of the Management Board in the Nowa Kamienica Ltd. From 1991 to 1997 was employed by Quantum Ltd and from 1990 to 1991 employed in the Thermoclim in Warsaw. Moreover, from 1973 to 1990 was employed by Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from 1972 to 1973 worked for Microelectronics Center in Warsaw and from 1969 to 1972 employed by Institute of Atomic Research. He is a graduate of Computer Science from Technical University in Dresno, Germany.
Mr Kutyła does not carry out an activity that is competitive in relation to the activity performed in the Issuer`s company, neither is he a member of a competitive company as an associate of a joint stock company, partnership nor as a member of limited company body, nor any other competitive legal person in the function of a member of its body. He is not inscribed in the Insolvent Debtors` Register (Rejestr Dłużników Niewypłacalnych) administered on the basis of the Bill on KRS (National Court Registry).
Tomasz Polończyk ? Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board
is a Director of the Individual Projects in Quantum software but joined the Company in the year 1997. He is based in the Company?s Headquarter in Krakow, where he is evaluating independently from the Management Board. From 1995 to 1996 was employed by Quantum Ltd in Krakow as a programmer and from November 1994 to December 1994 for Kęty Manufacturing Company, from 1993 to 1994 was director in ?Slot? company in Oswiecim. Moreover, from 1991 to 1992 he was IT specialist in Computer Center at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Anna Nadolska ? Member of the Supervisory Board
is an inspector in the Social Insurance Institution in Warsaw. Between 1999 and 2001 she was research worker to the Research Center of Transport Economics in Warsaw. She is a graduate of International Logistics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Ms.Nadolska does not carry out an activity that is competitive in relation to the activity performed in the Issuer`s company, neither is he a member of a competitive company as an associate of a joint stock company, partnership nor as a member of limited company body, nor any other competitive legal person in the function of a member of its body. Jerzy Majewski ? Member of the Supervisory Board
is a manager in Laboratory of Automatic Identification Techniques at the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing in Poznan. From 1997 has been a partner in the Logistics Education Center and from 2004 to 2006 served as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board in CEL Ltd, and from 2007 is a secretary of the Supervisory Board in CEL Ltd. From 1992 as a General IT Specialist was employed in the Meat Factory in Gniezno, from 1989 as IT specialist and IT designer worked for Aneks Ltd in Poznan, from 1983 was designer in Research and Implementation Institute MERCOMP Ltd in Poznan. He is a graduate of Poznan University of Technology.

Henryk Ludwik Gaertner ? Member of the Supervisory Board
is a partner in ?Kubas, Kos, Gaertner ? Lawyers?. Between 2000 and 2003 he was employed in “Weil, Gotshal & Manges” as associated lawyer. Moreover, Mr Gaertner between 1992 and 2002 was a Member of the Supervisory Board in ?SYSTEM 3000? (TECHMEX GROUP), from 1994 to 1997 was employed in “Krzysztof Labe and Partners” and between 1994 and 1997 was trainee lawyer in Tadeusz Czekaj Lawyer?s Chamber. From 1998 he is a partner and member of the management board as well as supervisory board in several joint ventures company?s and private company?s at the GDK Group. He is a graduate of Medical Faculty and Law Faculty from Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
