On 17 May 2008 agreement signed with ?Versen Plus Ltd? seated in Kirovograd, distributor of alcoholic beverages and tobacco articles. The gross value of this agreements amounts to about 368.000 PLN.

On 29 May 2009 agreement signed with ?Zhitomirskiy Maslozavod Public Company? seated in Zhytomyr , leader in production and distribution of ice-scream and deep-frozen food. The gross value of this agreements amounts to about 290.000 PLN

On 29 May 2008 agreement signed with production- distribution of FMCG articles company name under DiAD Ltd. The gross value of this agreements amounts to about 295.000 PLN
The subject of each agreements is based on unlimited license and comprehensive implementation of Qguar WMS Pro system supporting logistics processes management. The Qguar product is authorized Quantum software SA solution. Agreement conditions are based on well known market conditions.
