Quantum software SA Management Board reports hereby, that on May 22nd, 2009 was informed that a persons with constant access to confidential information and close related to Issuer sold in the transaction 1.193 shares at PLN 9,50 per share, on May 18th, 2009.
Transaction took place on regulated market (WSE)in mode of the usual session.
