Quantum software SA?s Management Board pursuant to art 34 sec 1 p 3 of Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated October 19, 2005 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities, that on 13th August 2007 Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange passed on Resolution no 596/2007 with decision for admission to the public trading at the main market series B and C bearer shares and rights to shares of series C shares.
Moreover, on 13 August 2007 , Management Board WSE Resolution no 597/2007 submit decision about rights to series C bearer shares to the public trading assigned them under ?QUANTUM-PDA? code and signature ?QNTA?.
