The Management Board of Quantum software SA (hereinafter: the “Issuer”) informs that the Supervisory Board of Quantum software SA has adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Robert Dykacz to the Management Board, who has been entrusted with the function of Member of the Management Board. Mr. Robert Dykacz agreed to run for office.
Legal basis: § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of April 20, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
