ME? with the registered office in Brasilia/DF on 22.12.2012. The company received the identification number 5320162787-0.
The Issuer currently has 85% shares in the said company (170,000 shares having the nominal value of 1 BRL per share) i.e. the total nominal value of 170,000.- BRL. The capital was covered with a monetary contribution.
The purpose of the existence of “Quantum Brasil Engenharia em Software” is the introduction of the offer of Quantum to the market of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
