Legal basis: Article 56 para. 1 point 2 of the Act on the offer – current and periodic information
The Management Board of Quantum software SA (“Issuer”) hereby informs that on July 3, 2019, it corrected the periodic report for the first quarter of 2019, i.e. for the period from 01/01/2019 to 31/03/2019, published by the Issuer on 30 May 2019.
The subject of the correction is the improvement of the obvious typographical error consisting in the fact that in the form “SELECTED FINANCIAL DATA containing basic items of the quarterly individual financial statements” in the item “Assets, together” for the period from 01/01/2019 to 31/03/2019 was given their incorrect value .
Prior to the correction, the Issuer said that “Assets, together” amounted to PLN 1 159 (in PLN thousand), while their correct value was PLN 11,559 (in PLN thousand). The adjustment is also subject to conversion of the above value in EURO – before the correction, the Issuer reported “Assets, total” of EUR 269 (in EUR thousand), and should be EUR 2 687 (in EUR thousand). Other data included in the above the report has not changed.
The annex contains correctly completed selected financial data containing the basic items of the quarterly individual financial statements.
The revised quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 will be published in a separate report.
