Quantum software Management Board informs that on January 26, 2010 it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, having an access to the confidential information bought and sold at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in total 100 of its shares, in following transactions:
- bought: on January 15th, 2009 100 shares at PLN 7,80 per share
- on March 31st, 2009 sold 4 shares at PLN 10,45 per share
- on April 2nd, 2009 sold 30 shares at PLN 9,90 per share
- on April 2nd , 2009 sold 66 shares at PLN 9,50 per share.
