Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of Quantum software S.A. today adopted Resolution No. 6 on the distribution of the Company’s profit for 2023.
he Ordinary General Meeting decided that from the Company’s profit for 2023 (in the amount of PLN 3,302,985.40), less the advance payment (in the amount of PLN 887,165.50), allocate the amount of PLN 2,415,819.90 (in words: two million four hundred and fifteen thousand eight hundred and nineteen PLN 90/100) for the payment of dividend.
Pursuant to the Resolution, the date on which the list of shareholders entitled to dividend payment is established is June 25, 2024. The dividend payment date is July 25, 2024. There is a dividend of PLN 1.77 per share.
The dividend will cover all shares, i.e. 1,364,870 shares.
