Quantum software Management Board hereby informs that today received announcement from dependent company Quantum International seated in Kiev, that on February 16th, contracts were undersigned with ?Telbi Ltd? seated in Vasilkovo, Ukraine, producer and distributor of fish products.
The subject of the agreements is based on unlimited license and comprehensive implementation of Qguar WMS Pro system supporting management of production and logistics processes, which is authorized Quantum software SA solution. The Qguar system is going to cover all production- logistics processes in 5000 square meters of the Company warehouse.
The value of licenses and implementation agreements signed with is UAH 1.059.686,05 (around 107.324,00 Euro and 511.796,00 PLN.)
The conditions of contracts are not apart from common conditions applied in this type contracts.
