According to par.29 sec 3 The rules of the WSE, Quantum software SA?s Management Board hereby informs that doesn?t apply fully rule specified in section II.1. Best Practices of WSE Listed companies, where :A company should publish its website in English, at least to the extent described in section II.1. This rule should be applied not later than 1 January 2009.?
According to WSE recommendations, the Issuer prepared new Investors Relation web service and from January 1st, 2009 launched IR service in English. Part in English language includes all basic company data such as: corporate files, information about Issuer Management Board, supervisory board, financial information and all translation of current reports made in public.
According to present shareholders structure and in relation to high costs of annual reports professional translation, the company decided doesn?t publish annual reports from previous years as well as from year 2009. The Issuer has an active contact policy with analytics and investors, as well with foreign investors, and those activities allows to introduce sufficient information and contact with Company. Moreover, the Management Board doesn?t exclude annual reports translation in future.
