The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the “Company”), in connection with today’s receipt of information on the value of preliminary selected consolidated financial data for 2022, informs that according to the calculations as at 31 March 2023, the preliminary consolidated sales revenue of the Group for 2022 amounted to 45,233 thousand PLN,
including :
(i) from the sale of Qguar licences and services: 32,841 thousand PLN (licences 3,915 thousand PLN, software service 17,575 thousand PLN, other services 11,351 thousand PLN),
(ii) from sales of goods: 11,832 thousand PLN,
(iii) other: 560 thousand PLN.
The values presented are estimates obtained during the preparation of the consolidated financial statements for 2022 and will still be subject to verification by the auditor. The Company’s Management Board notes that the final results will be presented in the consolidated annual report and may differ from the preliminary figures indicated above. In accordance with the timetable for the publication of interim reports (current report no. 1/2023), the consolidated annual report for 2022 will be published on 28 April 2023.
