Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
In addition to current report No. 10/2023 regarding the appointment of a new member of the Management Board of Quantum software SA (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), the Issuer’s Management Board publishes a correction of this report supplementing it with the missing information.
Mr. Robert Dykacz was appointed to the Issuer’s Management Board by resolution of the Supervisory Board of September 8, 2023. According to the submitted declaration, Mr. Robert is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
Mr. Robert Dykacz does not conduct any activity that is competitive to the activity of Quantum software S.A., nor does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership, or capital company, nor does he participate in a competitive legal person as a member of its body.
