The company subsidiary of the Issuer, Quantum Mobs System S.L.based in Madrid has 30.996.900 shares (99,99%). The covered capital is 5.800.000 CLP. The rest of the capital declared to be covered within 3 years from the date of registration of the company. The purpose of the existence of QMobs Systems Chile S.A. is the introduction of the offer of Quantum to the market of the Chile and Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.
