Board of Quantum software SA announces that on 23 December 2013 have been resolved by agreement of parties the agreement concluded with the entity authorized to audit financial statements Law Firm Advice Financial and Accounting Dr. Piotr Rojek Ltd. with registered office in Katowice.
Parties of the agreement in accordance declared that circumstances have arisen which constitute a reasonable basis to solve these. agreements, and that the reason for these agreements are not differences of opinion on the application of accounting principles and auditing standards. These circumstances are related to the postponement of the publication of the financial statements of the company in relation to the planned and agreed with the test schedule.
Over the duration of the above contracts there were no cases of resignation from expressing an opinion, or adverse opinion with reservations about the correctness and accuracy of the financial statements. Also, there were no differences regarding the interpretation and application of the law or the provisions of the statute relating to the subject and scope of audit, review or other services that took place between the company and the entity authorized to audit financial statements, which would be the basis of the above solutions agreements.
