Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Public Offering Act – Current and Periodic Information
The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) informs that it supplements the separate and consolidated annual reports of Quantum software S.A. and the Quantum software S.A. Capital Group for 2018, which were made public by the Company on 18 April 2019.
The object of the supplement is the “Management Board Report on the operations of Quantum software S.A. for the period beginning on 1 January 2018” and the “Management Board Report on the operations of the Quantum software S.A. Capital Group for the period between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2018”, which constitute elements of the above mentioned annual reports.
The correction concerns:
– adding to the “Declaration on the application of the corporate governance rules” information about the functioning of the Audit Committee of the Company’s Supervisory Board,
– adding to the “Management Board Report on the operations of Quantum software S.A.” and the “Management Board Report on the operations of the Quantum software S.A. Capital Group” the alternative measurement indicators applied by the Company (APM ratios: EBIT, EBITDA, ROS, ROA, ROE, liquidity ratios) information why the Company is of the opinion that APM ratios provide useful information about the Company’s and its Group’s financial situation, cash flows and financial efficiency, as well as the reasons for their application by the Company.
The list of added information constitutes the appendix to this current report.
Other documents and data included in the separate and consolidated annual reports for 2018, published by the Company at the above mentioned date, remained unchanged.
The Issuer will make public the above mentioned annual reports which take into account the above mentioned supplementary information.
