Quantum software as the dominant company of the Group, in reference to § 87 of the Minister of Finance Decree of October 19, 2005 on current and regulatory information disclosed by issuers of securities (“the Decree”) presents in the year 2009 consolidated quarterly reports including extracts from quarterly reports as well as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2009 including extracts from interim report referred to the Decree.
