The Management Board of Quantum software S.A. hereby informs that the Quantum will publish its periodical reports in 2014 in the following dates:
- Unconsolidated annual report 2013 14.03.2014
- Consolidated annual report 2013 14.03.2014
- Consolidated quarterly report I quarter 2014 15.05.2014
- Consolidated half-yearly I half of 2014 29.08.2014
- Consolidated quarterly report III quarter 2014 07.11.2014
In relation to Art. 83 item 1 and item 3 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance from February 19th, 2009 on current and periodical information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions of consideration of information required by the law of nonmember country?s law as equal (?the Regulation?), consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-yearly report will include unconsolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-yearly report, respectively. Thus Quantum software S.A. will not publish a separate unconsolidated quarterly reports and a separate unconsolidated half-yearly report. In relation to Art. 102 item 1 of the Regulation Quantum software S.A. resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q4 2013 and in relation to Art. 101 item 1 of the Regulation Quantum software S.A. also resigned from publication of quarterly report for Q2 2014
