The Management Board of Quantum software SA (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Quantum software SA convened on June 19, 2024 and item 12 of the announced agenda, the candidacy of Mr. Arkadiusz Radwan for a member of the Supervisory Board has been received.
Attached to this report is the candidate’s biography and his consent to run for a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
