Quantum software Management Board hereby informs, that in reference to § 83 of the Minister of Finance Decree of February 19, 2005 on concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange presents in the year 20010 consolidated quarterly reports including extracts from quarterly reports as well as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2010 including extracts from interim report referred to the Decree. The annual report will be prepared and published in both the stand alone and consolidated form.
