The Management Board of Quantum software SA, acting pursuant to Art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts, Journal Of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended, hereby calls on the shareholders to submit their share certificates to the Company for the purpose of their dematerialisation and registration with the National Depository for Securities S.A.
Share documents should be submitted to the registered office of the Company on business days, between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
